The CDC has released recent survey data on adult mental health during the pandemic, and the results are sobering, particularly as it concerns young adults. This is a great time to check in with friends and family to ask them how they are doing. How they are REALLY doing. Check in with yourself, too. Be open and honest. No shame, no stigma. Pandemic life is hard and we need to support one another. There is so much help out there. And since September is National Suicide Prevention month, here is the number for the Nat'l Suicide Prevention Hotline: 1-800-273-TALK (8255). This is a good one to program into your phone, or print out and put on your fridge.
