Those of you who have been to my seminars know how much I love to talk about the teenage brain. I'm glad to see that this article highlights the importance of sleep, something that both teens and adults tend to treat more as an indulgence than a necessity. It is so helpful for teens, parents, and teachers to understand the brain development that underlies adolescent behavior.

I really appreciated how the article highlighted sleep as a necessity, not just an indulgence for teens. It’s super helpful for parents and teachers to grasp this brain development, especially when using tools like a markdown to word converter to organize educational materials easily.
