How much sleep are your kids getting? According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, teens need 8-10 hours/night. Younger kids need even more. Chronic sleep deprivation is associated with learning, attention and behavioral problems, higher rate of injuries, and numerous other health concerns including obesity, diabetes and mental health issues.
